    Corporate Event Venues in London

“Your name came up as the best agent in the business”
    — Top London 5-star hotel

Every venue below is one our consultants have used for corporate business in London — conferences and town halls, client dinners, product launches, board meetings and drinks receptions. Capacities, floorplans and set-up options are checked against the venue's own plans, not copied from a brochure.

London breaks down into distinct pockets for corporate work: the City and Bishopsgate for financial audiences, Mayfair and St James's for smaller senior gatherings, the South Bank and King's Cross for larger conference formats, and the West End for anything that needs to sit near a client office. Tell us where your guests are travelling from and we will weight the shortlist accordingly.

Venuemap is free for organisers — the venue pays our commission, and the rate you are quoted is the same as booking direct.

What we check before a venue reaches your shortlist

    • Real capacity, not the brochure number — theatre, cabaret, boardroom and reception figures taken from the venue's own floorplan.
    • Live availability — we hold space with the venue before it reaches you, so nothing on the list is already gone.
    • All-in cost per head — room hire, catering, AV and service, rather than a headline hire fee that hides the rest.
    • AV and streaming — in-house rigs, hybrid capability and whether an external supplier is allowed.
    • Breakout space — syndicate and workshop rooms in the same building as the plenary.
    • Access and transport — step-free entry, nearest stations and loading access for exhibition or set builds.

    Frequently asked questions

What counts as a corporate event venue?
Anything a business hires for a work purpose — conferences and town halls, board and partner meetings, client dinners, product launches, awards, drinks receptions and away-days. In London that ranges from a ten-person boardroom in Mayfair to a 1,000-delegate auditorium on the South Bank.
How much do corporate event venues in London cost?
Without a date and a brief it is guesswork, but as a benchmark we look for a Day Delegate Rate under £150 per person for conferences, £125 per head for a working lunch and from £150 per head for a working dinner. September, November and December price highest. Send a brief and we will come back with all-in per-head figures.
    Does Venuemap charge event organisers?
No. The service is free to you. Venues pay us a commission when you book, and you are quoted the same rate you would get going direct — often better, because of the volume we place.
How long does a shortlist take?
Most briefs come back the same working day, usually within two hours during office hours, with availability, indicative pricing and a capacity chart for each venue.
Can you handle the whole event, not just the venue?
We source and negotiate the venue, then stay on the booking through contracting, rooming lists and final numbers. For board off-sites and high-profile launches our VIP concierge service handles the detail end to end.

How we work on London corporate briefs

Send the date, delegate numbers, format and budget. A consultant checks live availability with each venue and comes back with a shortlist you can act on — held space, indicative rates and the right named contact at every property. No fee to you at any stage.
