    Founder

    Sacha has spent more than twenty years finding venues for the City’s most demanding event teams, first as Sixstar, now as Venuemap. Investor conferences, roadshows, board dinners and partner offsites are her daily work, and she knows London’s best venues from the inside: which rooms really work for one-to-one meetings, which kitchens can handle a large seated dinner, and who to call when a date needs to move.

    Rebecca first worked with Sacha before Covid, booking venues all over Europe. After a sabbatical exploring life as a veterinary nurse, she came back, bringing her warmth and calm to roadshows and multi-city programmes. She’s a firm favourite with clients and venues alike.

    Off duty, Rebecca adores animals and has a horse called Archie, who owns more overcoats than she does.

    Common questions

    Is it really free?

    Yes, to you. Venues pay us a commission when a booking completes. You pay the venue directly, at the rate we’ve negotiated.

    Do you only show venues that pay you?

    No. We don’t sell placement and we don’t rank by commission. We recommend the right venue for your brief.

    How is this different from a venue directory?

    A directory gives you a list to work through. We check availability and rates, then give you a focused shortlist with personal advice and help through to contract.

    Do you cover events outside London?

    Yes. London is where most of our work is, but we place events across the UK and Europe, including Milan and Rome.

    What kind of events do you handle?

    Conferences, investor events and one-to-one meeting days, financial roadshows, AGMs, board dinners, offsites, summer and Christmas parties, and bedroom blocks.
