Two ways to find your venue.
Both end with Sacha or Rebecca on your side.
Hand it straight to us
1. Tell us the brief.
Date, numbers, city and format. One form, or a phone call.
2. We go to the venues we know can do it.
Not twenty of them. The few that fit, where we check availability, rates and whether they’ll hold the space.
3. You choose.
Sacha or Rebecca comes back personally with three or four options, the rates, and what we’d recommend. Including what we’d rule out, and why.
Do it yourself, with us behind you
1. Search.
Filter by numbers, layout and city. Compare capacity charts and available floorplans to find spaces that fit your event.
2. Shortlist.
Save the venues you like and share the shortlist with colleagues, so you can decide together.
3. Share it with us.
Send your shortlist to Sacha or Rebecca. We check availability and rates, tell you what we think, and flag anything better you might have missed.
Then we stay with you
Twenty years of knowing these rooms is the starting point. The finish is you in the right venue, on terms that work harder than you expected: the rate right, and the complimentary extras that most clients never think to ask for.
We check the contract and stay in touch right up to the event. One point of contact, from first email to final delegate.
Free to organisers
No fee, no retainer, no contract with us.
Your contract is direct with the venue, you pay the venue directly and we claim commission from the venue where is it available.
