Image Terms for venues

Ownership
By uploading images to Venuemap, or approving images we have prepared for your listing, you confirm that you own the copyright in those images or have the copyright owner's permission to share them with us for the purposes below.
Licence to Venuemap
You grant Venuemap Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, resize and display the images to promote your venue: on the Venuemap website, in our newsletters and client shortlists, and on our social media channels. This licence lasts for as long as your venue is listed, and for a reasonable period afterwards to allow removal.
Credits
If an image requires a photographer credit, you will tell us when you supply it, and we will display the credit.
Responsibility
If a claim is made that an image you supplied or approved infringes someone else's rights, you agree to cover any costs Venuemap incurs as a result.
Removal
You can ask us to remove any image at any time by emailing hello@venuemap.co.uk, and we will remove it promptly. If we receive a copyright complaint about an image, we may remove it straight away while we look into it.
