Dorchester Collection five-star hotel above the Spanish Steps, with two private event rooms, a legendary rooftop and 98 rooms and suites.
Hotel Eden sits high on Via Ludovisi, moments from the Spanish Steps and the gardens of Villa Borghese, with St Peter's dome and the rooftops of Rome laid out below. Part of Dorchester Collection, the hotel has 98 rooms and suites, a rooftop that Federico Fellini made famous, and a level of service that has made it a fixture of Roman life since 1889.
For meetings and private events there are two dedicated spaces on the first floor. Sala Borghese is the larger of the two at 94 sqm, with striking red walls, monochrome floors and mirrored doors, a built-in projector and screen, integrated sound and video conferencing with a pre-set camera. It seats 42 boardroom or U-shape, 46 cabaret, 60 for a banquet across six tables of ten, 70 theatre and up to 110 for a standing reception, and can be opened out onto the foyer when you want more space. Sala Ludovisi is a 37 sqm boardroom with 3.7m ceilings, natural daylight, a 65" plasma screen and click-share presentation technology, seating up to 12 for board meetings, business lunches and private dinners.
Beyond the meeting rooms, the rooftop restaurants are the real draw. La Terrazza offers fine dining with a panorama across the city, Il Giardino Ristorante is the more relaxed Italian option, and La Libreria is the hotel's intimate bar. All are available for private hire, as is the hotel on an exclusive-use basis, and the events team can build anything from a small board meeting to a full buy-out around them.
