Estelle Manor

Estelle Manor is a Grade II-listed country house hotel and private members' club set in Eynsham Park, Oxfordshire — 85 acres of formal grounds within a 3,000-acre estate, roughly 75 minutes from central London and 15 minutes from Oxford. The 1908 Jacobean-style manor holds 108 bedrooms and suites across the Manor House, Stables, Walled Garden and woodland cottages, making it a genuine option for multi-day residential programmes where the whole group stays onsite. Fallow House is the dedicated events building: 540 sq m over two floors, with a double-height entrance hall, two bars (The Tawny and The Owlet) and three meeting rooms/private dining rooms — The Buckthorn, The Wren and The Fawn — that work well as breakout space. The Chestnut is the main room, seating 70 theatre, 60 on rounds, 40 cabaret with a stage or 100 standing, with a 3.5m screen and HDMI projector. Every meeting room has a 65" screen and conference-calling. Inside the Manor House, Hollyhock (273 sq m, boardroom for 16 with three breakout spaces and its own kitchen and terrace), The Manor Boardroom (12), The Library (50 standing), The Orangery (24 on one long table), The Billiards Room (44 seated) and The Glasshouse (70) cover smaller meetings, dinners and receptions. Downtime is well served: the 3,000 sq m Roman-inspired Eynsham Baths spa, four restaurants, padel and tennis courts, a gym, outdoor pool and clay shooting, archery and estate pursuits.
